At TRIM Global, we are not only committed to delivering world-class research journal setup and publication solutions—we are also actively developing groundbreaking initiatives that will redefine the future of scholarly publishing. Below are two of our most ambitious projects currently in development:
TRIM Journal Management System (TJMS)
Launching: 2026
We are proud to announce the upcoming release of the TRIM Journal Management System (TJMS)—a robust, open-source journal management platform designed for the future of academic publishing.
TJMS will offer a complete end-to-end solution for managing academic journals, including:
* Manuscript submission and tracking
* Double-blind peer review workflows
* Editorial decision-making tools
* Copyediting and production pipelines
* Automated DOI and indexing integrations
* Seamless connection with third-party services like Crossref, iThenticate, SCOPUS, PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and more
TJMS aims to empower universities, think tanks, and independent publishers to run high-quality academic journals with full autonomy, advanced automation, and open-source freedom.
TRIM Journal Preservation Initiative (TJPI)
Launching: 2027
TRIM Journal Preservation Initiative (TJPI) is our bold step toward safeguarding and elevating the visibility of academic knowledge worldwide. TJPI will serve as a comprehensive indexing and archiving platform—built to global standards—replicating the core functionalities of major indexing systems such as DOAJ, SCOPUS, Web of Science (WoS), and PubMed.
TJPI will offer:
* Transparent journal evaluation and indexing
* Long-term preservation of academic content
* Global visibility and discoverability of indexed journals
* Interoperability with international metadata repositories and digital libraries
This initiative reflects our mission to promote open, inclusive, and sustainable scholarly communication worldwide.
At TRIM Global, we believe that the future of academic publishing lies in innovation, accessibility, and integrity. These projects are just the beginning.
Stay tuned as we build the future of knowledge together.
